One Man Mocks – WrestleMania Matches

Hey everyone, Drew Kistler here. This week, the boys and me are getting all geared up for WrestleMania 33. What better way to do that than drafting our very own wrestling stables? To coincide with all this wrestling talk, I’ve decided to do my very own “One Man Mock” in which I pick my favorite Mania matches of all time. I gave myself one little stipulation- no repeat participants. We all know if I did that, Shawn Michaels would take up two-thirds of my list. So without further ado, I present to you my very own WrestleMania match draft. Enjoy!

Listen, there is a reason I’ve already mentioned Shawn Michaels and it’s because he is Mr. WrestleMania. No one has as many great mania matches as he does. And this one is his best. For my first overall pick, I choose…

1- Undertaker v HBK Shawn Michaels (WM25)

Alright, I’ve got my Jordan, now I need my Pippen. This match was so good it made you forget that Andre the Giant v Hulk Hogan was still on the card…

2- Macho Man Randy Savage v Ricky the Dragon Steamboat (WM3)

For my third pick, I’m going with two of the biggest stars of all time, and the biggest blood bath on my list…

3- Stone Cold Steve Austin v Bret the Hitman Hart (WM13)

Here’s all I’ll say about my fourth pick- it has three of the greatest tag teams of all time and it is the greatest tag match of all time…

4- Dudleys v Hardys v Edge and Christian (WM17)

Kurt Angle won a gold medal with a broken neck, watch Brock Lesnar break his as he wins theWWE championship…

5- Brock Lesnar v Kurt Angle (WM19)

This match has the two BIGGEST stars of all time, and it is a crash course in entertainment…

6- The Rock v Hulk Hogan (WM18)

What do you get when you mix Chris Jericho, a ladder, and six of the hardest, young workers in the business at the time? Well, watch my 7th pick and find out…

7- MITB ladder match- CM Punk v Chris Jericho v MVP v Shelton Benjamin v Carlito v Mr Kennedy v John Morrison (WM24)

This one is a bit of a technicality. Although it contains two matches, you need them both to really tell the story…

8- (a)Daniel Bryan v Triple H (b)Daniel Bryan v Batista v Randy Orton (WM30)

Eddie had saved his best for his last. These two had an incredible chemistry together…

9- Eddie Guerrero v Rey Mysterio (WM21)

To round out my team, I’ll choose the match that made John Cena a superstar, winning his first world championship…

10- John Cena v JBL (WM21)

As always, let me know how I did @xMrSparklex on twitter and instagram!
